JOSHUA BIGGS - REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
I was born, raised and currently reside in Vancouver, WA. Prior to working at Adair Homes, I spent 10 years in sales and senior level management roles in the mortgage industry, most recently as the Vice President of Sales Operations for a Portland based mortgage company. I joined the Adair family of companies in August 2010 as the General Manager of Adair Financial Services and currently serve as the Director of Sales for Adair Homes. My responsibilities include managing the Western Washington offices of Woodland and Olympia, while working with the Eastern Region and Western Oregon managers to oversee the 9 Adair sales offices in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
JEREMIAH HEMPHILL - SR. CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I was born and raised in small town Etna, CA near the Oregon/California border. After high school, I attended Executive Helicopter Flight School in Sacramento, CA, learning to fly helicopters. For the next eleven years I worked for a large public home builder as a construction manager. During this time, I also received my Engineering Computer Network degree from KaplanCollege. Finally moving back to the northwest in June of 2010, I started working for Adair Homes as the Aurora and Northern Oregon Coast Branch Senior Construction Manager. I enjoy spending time outdoors running, fishing, hiking, snowboarding and spending time with my kids .
JEFF STROUP - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan State in 1997. I also bring 19+ years of construction experience from framing, siding, metal roofing, lumber sales and construction management. After visiting Oregon and falling in love with the mountains, trees and rivers, I moved here in the winter of 2000 after a four year stint in Texas. I have been with Adair since the fall of 2003. In my free time, I enjoy live music, camping, backpacking, hiking with the dogs, organic food, and PV solar installs.
SHON LINDLEY - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I was born in Stuttgart, Germany and moved with my family to the Pacific Northwest where I now reside with my wife and daughter in Vancouver, Washington. After completing an undergraduate degree and Masters of Business Administration courses at the University of Oregon, Eugene campus, I took my first construction management position with Rodgers International. This position would be my introduction to overseas project management with onsite responsibilities in Nagoya and Tokyo, Japan. My construction industry experience in Asia and the Middle East has given me vast exposure to differing management methodologies and open-mindedness to finding the best solution for the owner and equity holders. I then took my experience managing commercial projects overseas to the residential home market, overseeing the construction of multi-phase residential planned developments domestically. To date, I have directly overseen the completion of more than 2000 homes.
Jay Sauers - Home Ownership Counselor
I have been happily married to my lovely wife for seven years now. We have been best friends since the 1st grade! We went to the same grade school, middle school and high school and both graduated from the University of Washington. She is a dental hygienist and I have been with Adair Homes since 2004. My wife and I enjoy boating and camping on the Yale and Swift Reservoirs during the summer months with our friends and family and snowmobiling Mt. St Helens during the winter. We have two pugs, a Siberian husky, an Alaskan malamute, and three Persian cats but no kids yet! Well, I guess the animals are our kids so far. We were both born and raised in the Vancouver, WA area where our parents still reside and now live in Camas, WA.
Lynette Nelson - Home ownership Counselor
I moved to Vancouver Washington in 1989 with my family from Portland, Oregon. I currently live with my husband, Dan, and daughter, Danielle, in the Orchards area. I practiced real estate in Clark County since 1994 and have an extensive background in land acquisition and custom homebuilding. I enjoy sewing, reading, traveling and riding with my husband to state BMW rallies.
MARLEEN SPERR - HOMEOWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, my career started in women and children's fashion and home interior design for a national company. My passion in interior room design, color trends and residential architecture led me to the path of home building. I have been a local Buyer's Agent looking after clients' build designs, home investments, and future equity. I have been helping families build their dream homes from Skamania to the Olympic Peninsula and from Clatskanie to Astoria. My spouse Charlie and I reside in the city of Camas, Washington and have two children. We love to spend time at our family restaurant, Charlie's Mountain View, meeting skiers who travel from far away to ski year round at Government Camp and Mt. Hood. Other interests of mine include fundraising efforts for local nonprofits, and, when we can fit it into our schedule, a tropical vacation.
Christine Fodrea - Office Assistant
I have recently rejoined Adair Homes after taking five years off to raise the two most wonderful people in the world, my daughters, Corabella and Eva. I am excited to be back working for a company that is value driven in providing the most cost efficient, well-built homes in the industry. Having started working with Adair Homes years ago, I have shared and witnessed many heartfelt moments in lives of homeowners who were either building their first home, vacation/second home or their retirement home. Living in my own Adair home in Vancouver, I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my family and friends.
